BARLAGE HOCKEY ACADEMY
SPRING SKILLS SESSIONS
This coming spring, with the ice available in Humboldt, I want to offer an opportunity for your player to develop and enhance their on-ice skills that can be transferred into their games. These sessions are designed for every skill level. The sessions will be held at the EPA on Thursday evenings and Saturdays in April and the ice times are listed on the following page.
I have always been super interested in the different skill developments of hockey and the constantly evolving dynamics of the game. I have been fortunate to have trained with many different skills trainers and off ice trainers throughout my life and want to bring a combination of them all to your player.
Why train with Barlage Hockey Academy?
- Knowledge of what it takes to get to the next level- As a former 5- year WHL player where I played for the Swift Current Broncos, Lethbridge Hurricanes, and Medicine Hat Tigers as well as attended Colorado Avalanche development camp I have gained great knowledge on what is necessary to get to the next level. Currently, I play for the University of Regina Cougars where I continue to evolve my love for hockey.
- Elite Skill development- I will provide well rounded skill developmental sessions focusing on puck handling, shooting and skating using different aspects such as stickhandling through on ice trainers, overspeed drills, and small area games to name a few.
- Complete Program- On top of the on-ice sessions, each week I will provide videos of different drills you can complete from home. I will also provide dryland sessions to complete weekly to develop strength and agility.
- Exciting and fun sessions- All sessions will be high tempo with a variety of drills that cover many different skills and aspects of the game that will be engaging for the player.
- Alternative/Enhancement to spring hockey- With spring hockey season being very time consuming and expensive this will be a great opportunity to get your player the development they need in the spring. For people interested who are also playing spring hockey, this will be a great addition to your players other commitments.
The total cost for the program we are offering including on ice skills sessions, dryland program and shooting program is $275.00. I can be contacted through my cell at 306-231-4394. There will be four groups made based on family circumstances and age levels once all the registrations have been received. The first players to register will be guaranteed spots.
The times for each session are as follows:
