Submitting Game Sheets
The WINNING Team is to receive the original (white) and a second
copy of the game sheet. They then email me a copy as soon after the
game as possible. If you are using your phone use the original size setting
when emailing. My email address is warkentinag@gmail.com
If the referee kept the original please send a copy of what you have because
there may be an infraction that may lead to a suspension.
If game is tied the HOME team submits a copy
It is not necessary to mail in the original (white) copy but please keep
in case I need to get another copy.
If you have more than one goalie on your roster, please remember to circle the
starting goalie's number. Otherwise I will just enter the top one as the one that played.
